- After the selection of the logo design package of your choice, you can order your logo and you can order you logo by clicking the ‘Order Now’ button. This will take you to our secure order page where you can give the following information to process your order.
a. Company Name and Contact Information
b. Secure payment information
c. Creative brief for your logo design that will help our design team to understand your requirements better.
- On successful completion of the order which can be done via our online order page, you will be sent 2 confirmation mails the first mail will be the receipt and the second mail will be the confirmation Email with the user ID and password with the design process. It is highly recommended that you save and print both the Emails for future reference.
- If you did not manage to complete the logo design creative brief in the first go, you can always login to your account to have the details completed. From your customer panel, you can easily complete your logo design brief, upload photos and sketches. You can also provide any additional comments or guidelines for our designers who will be designing your logo. It will not be a bad idea to review our portfolio and to select some design concepts that fit your taste; this will help our team to understand your taste better.
Step 2: Receive Your First Draft & Provide Feedback
- As per the timeline provided in the logo design package that you chose, will receive the first draft of your logo samples. We take normally 3 -5 business days to deliver your first draft; in case you ordered for an expedited package then you will get your first draft the next day of receiving your order. You can order for an expedited package at an additional fee of just $20.
- The number of design concepts delivered will depend on the logo design package that you ordered and it will vary from 4 to 10. You will be able to review the draft via the customer panel and you can provide us with your feedback on the first draft. After reviewing the design concepts you can select those design concepts that appeal to you. You can request changes to the short-listed logo concepts such as color change, layout change, graphic, font and text change so as to meet your requirements. You are free to club the concepts of different logo samples provided to you as first draft.

Step 3: Receive Your Second Draft/Revisions/Provide Feedback
- After receiving your feedback in step 2 we will implement the changes required and send the 2nd draft within 1 – 4 business days depending on the following factors - your logo design package, complexity of the design involved, nature of the changes requested and expedited service if any opted. The second draft will come with 2 to 6 new concepts; don’t be worried if you do not like any of the logos that you receive. We will certainly ensure to deliver a logo that you will be proud of; as it is a creative process it is possible that at times you may not find what exactly you have in your mind. By providing us your feedback on the second draft we will be able to fine tune the logo to match your taste and expectations.
Step 4: Receive Your Third Draft/Finalize
- We will present you the third draft of the logo design based on your feedback on the second draft. To finalize the logo design you will check the ‘Finalize Logo’ box in the customer panel; in case you should require further revisions or additional changes do mention the changes needed in the ‘Revisions’ box and our design team will continue to work to your satisfaction.
Step 5: Receive Final Files
- You can finalize your logo from the customer panel and once you finalize the logo we will send you an Email with all the graphic formats of the ordered logo including PDF, AI, EPS, JPG, GIF and more formats within 24 hours. Along with the delivery of the final logo, ThisLogo releases the rights to you so that you are free to trademark your logo design. Unless otherwise requested, we will have your logo updated in our in our portfolio section.
- Stationery design, brochure design, website design, flash logo design and any other design packages that you have purchased along with logo design package will commence after the completion of the logo design.
